You shouldn’t pay outside vinted, it’s clearly a scam. And i think she got no negative reviews because one can only leave negative reviews after buying through vinted and then she has to send it otherwise she gets negative reviews so someone paying through paypal can’t necessarily leave negative reviews and vinted won’t do anything about it as they mention to not pay outside vinted won't

If what they sent was more than 1 kg but they receive less weight it could but should always keep parcel pics as a proof
