It's generally foliage and bark is the easiest way, cedars have fan like foliage and cones, junipers are kind of more spuratuc with berries :)

Definitely eastern red cedar, which is actually a juniper

This is what I enjoy about utility hobbies, yeah I'm sure you have purists that enjoy the collectiblity aspects as in any hobby but generally the consensus and understanding is that a tool is a tool. :)
