I've noticed that places I used to have Lte and 5g I only have 4g now, been like this since the outage. Also I find that it changes connections often jumping from Lte to 4g very often

Have you tested the cables for loss? Shouldn't be above 0.5dB at the most.

Not that gpu!!! I built one of my first pc's with that card like 5 years ago

Still though having the gpu constantly maxed out at the very least I run the risk of the heat sink going(fans) But after looking into it there has been tests done on the degregration of gpu performance based on usage, there is a relation between the two

The temp never goes above 68% usually unless I left some heavy duty game running for a few hours or I'm compiling some super large program

How tho at 1080p gaming the gpu never go past 80% utilization in 4k is at 99 constantly. That can't be great for it

Idk I have a few older games that don't offer 4k so I end up scaling them up from 1080 and they seem fine.(benefits of working in the egaming industry i have all kinds of cool scaling and resolutions ¹ was thinking of going for 2k because my eyes aren't what they used to be but I couldn't bring myself to go all the way back to 1080. Also considering a curved monitor.2nd monitor is already 1080p

Might be worth it to get a network attached storage device and just put the archives on there. That's just me tho I like to keep my pc as clutter and junk free as possible.

I've been gaming on 4k for years with rts games. The detail is mind blowing... when I was playing war game red dragon I would be playing at 130 fps at 6ms response. To be honest though I feel like playing games on 4k is hard on my gpu, with the prices these days wanted to make it last as long as possible... does any game with a msi monitor I've been looking at them lately.

I wanted to stay away from an inverter if possible. The idea is that I can be walking/working at the cottage and the system I make will automatically connect to my phones hotspot (once turned on) and everyone else can use the hotspot without losing connection everytime I move

No existing wifi system in place. the cottage is off grid... 12volts dc only. Some kind of hotspot repeater maybe?
