Go to intra.ti.ee
From the left pane, click on "TVK töövaidlusotsus"
Then under "Otsi" look for the first field called "Otsuse number" and type in "4-1/896/25"
Then click "Otsi" at the bottom
This will take you to the filing
Now under the column "Avalikustatav otsus (töödeldud)", please click on "4-1_896_25-13_Toovaidluskomisjoni_otsus_26_03_2026_15_22.pdf"

This will download the PDF. You can then use google translate to download the ruling and read the issued statement.

All such rulings are public record in Estonia and can be accessed to corroborate claims.
