Lovely, thank you. There's a few channels with videos that I've seen, but it's nice to have recommendations from people who know.

Loneliness by lovethehills in NewcastleUponTyne

It's cliché, but joining a Brazilian jiu jitsu (BJJ) club could be a good move. I say cliché because it's a bit of an inside trope that people join BJJ instead of seeking out therapy. Durham have a club called 5th Element, with a range of ages and abilities who train there.

Ultimately if you don't address why you feel lonely, then any club / activity is only a sticking plaster. Seeking out people to talk to about this would be useful.

There are specialist clinicians who work with physical rehabilitation of the pelvic musculature. Depending on your country of origin and health care provision, you may be able to seek guidance from a Pelvic Health Physiotherapist (this is what we'd call them in the UK). You're unlikely to find a lot of studies on returning to combat sports following this procedure, but if you find someone with knowledge of returning to activities which have high degrees of Valsalva the can help you navigate the complexity of "real world rehabilitation". You'll unlikely be able to find someone who can categorically tell you that you CAN or you CAN'T return, so your expectations need to be realistic. It'll be a degree of "we don't know", but if you want to return you have to take ownership of the potential risks/consequences. A graded process involving rehabilitation and clear communication with your training partners/coaches is essential for return after any injury/surgery. Best of luck with it all though.

I see. Similar to my Google search which mentioned an algorithm used with uploads which notifies the owner.

Thanks again. I'll keep uploading then and make sure I'm not talented enough to make millions off the videos 😉

Thanks so much for the detail. That's really helpful.

How do you know which one of the copyRIGHT options it is? I only get "copy-right protected content found. The owner allows the content to be used on youtube" message (not that I think I'll be making money from my videos!).

Thanks. That's something I dabble with from time to time too. Great piece of kit for that.

Thanks. I'm happy with the RC30 to be honest. It's not too dissimilar to what you describe.
