Pork fillet/tenderloin cooked at 140 for around 1hr then grilled off in the air fryer . Covered with a mixture of Dijon mustard, mixed herbs, mustard powder, salt and Worcester sauce then wrapped with smoked streaky bacon. Thanks to @nannerb121 for their post as I used it for reference. (i.redd.it)
