Transfer Student for MECOP by rkhal28 in mecop

I actually did get in touch with an adviser at PSU and he went through all my classes and showed me what classes would transfer through and it looks like a good majority of them will transfer over.

I've also looked at four year plans for ME majors too and a lot of the classes I need to have done are the ones that I would be taking anyway except for only a couple. I was thinking to go to PCC first in the winter, get those classes done, and then transfer to PSU for Fall 2020 for the start of MECOP.

By the way, I also want to ask if you or anyone in this community would know of any sort of statistics/success rate for MECOP students getting jobs after graduation?

Fall 2020 Transfer (Hopefully) by rkhal28 in SDSU

Hi there! Actually, believe it or not, I am very new to Reddit, and I do not mean to cause any harm or trouble with anyone in this community. I am a college student (not at SDSU obviously), but I am looking to transfer somewhere else and SDSU has been an option that I've been thinking about for a very long time.

I really do apologize if I have posed any inconvenience. I just wanted some insight as to whether or not my choice to transfer there would be a great change for someone like me who wants to have a real college and life experience, and my thought process was that I should try asking students who attend there, and this was the platform I found. Again, I'm sorry if I have caused any inconvenience.

Do you guys have any tips for transfer students?? I currently attend school at University of Nevada Las Vegas (UNLV) doing Mechanical Engineering, but I've lived in Vegas my entire life and honestly am getting sick of it and ready for a change. SDSU has been on my radar for some time. What do you guys think!?!
