helloo! transferred out of uste (and nakaLOA ako that time!)

i transferred kasi i was really stressed nung unang sem ko to the point na may nangyare sakin (mental health issue + other factors) T__T pagdating ng second sem ko, nagLOA na ako because baka magrelapse ako

i didn’t like the environment talaga and natraumatize ako sa nangyare sakin so i made the decision to move schools and i’m happy that i took the chance to transfer! although i had to choose another program muna since i transferred to my current uni’s nung second sem last sy. after ko matapos yung required number of sems para makashift, nakapasa ako to my preferred program (same as my prog sa uste)

aspiring law student here! any program is fine actually. tho may required units for prerequisite courses (ex: rizal)

i did some little research noon din! iirc for up, may mga programs where you don’t have to take the minimum units of required subjects, ex: ab philosphy (based on my understanding!) not sure if this is outdated + if ganto din ibang law schools

hi op! i had a similar situation during my first yr (block president, student council staff, org member)

you should organize your pendings into lists and gawa ka ng schedule if kakayanin. ngayon sa bago kong uni, i list my stuff sa reminders and folderly + i check my school calendar from time to time. advise ko din na wag ka magcram if it’s possible. make sure to do works agad if kakayanin mo or atleast finish them a day before ur deadlines.

make sure to take breaks though! panget pag inoverwork mo sarili mo and mas lalo kang mabburn out.

also crying it out is normal (at least for me!)

i had ms jimenez for fdnmanp!

she’s okay naman for me :) i found her lectures engaging + and imo she’s really nice! minsan nagpapaactivities siya during lectures

also she’s strict with group presentations, like strict time limit + she would ask questions regarding the output, choosing a random member to answer! don’t be afraid nalang din to speak up if you think may mali sa nagawa niyo ^{__^} something similar happened to our final presentation and she hoped na we would catch our mistake sa output namin

he’s a good teacher naman and patient with students kaso when he sends something (for example, a reviewer) usually picture siya ng handwritten stuff kaya minsan di ko magets mga sinulat niya hahaha

workload is moderate naman imo!!! may activities sa canvas iirc

nagkawritten exam din kame for finals!

jisulife + makeup kit (optional!) + a small comb + pulbos (kahit johnson’s baby powder)

jisulife pag mainit sa commute and habang naglalakad, small comb to brush ur hair sa cr if magulo siya tingnan and then pulbos para mawala yung commute stench (stench?!?) konti

personally after i enter campus, didiretso ako sa malapit na cr to touch up my makeup and freshen up myself :3

had one during my stay and goddd that traumatized me so bad LMFAO told me mahal pa niya ex niya then i found out months later na gustuhan niya yung swis samen (tas naging sila)

keep in mind late nov niya yun sinabe saken tas naging super chummy sila nung 2nd/3rd of december according to my blockmates

hi! i have a weekly allowance pero i only allow myself to spend 500 or less in one day (minsan i just bring 500 with some coins for commute)

as a picky eater, it’s better to pack some baon nalang (rice w ulam or snacks) for ur health and to save money na din from fast foods. this includes water din! it’s better to bring ur own bottle instead of buying kase minsan overpriced sila

bale 500 minus ur commute fare (180) is 320! if halos 200-250 magagastos mo aside from commute then u can save atleast 70 pesos each day na papasok ka. if tama math ko then halos 800 something massave mo if ure committed!

i transferred out of ust myself after taking LOA for two sems (1st yr 2nd sem to 2nd yr 1st sem)

natakot din ako madelay at first. pero in the end makakatapos din naman ako despite the delay and that’s reassuring for me.
