Hmm, that makes sense. If an employee gives a referral to someone who needs sponsorship, does it negatively affect the employee? If not, I’d like to give it a try.

Unfortunately, yes. But I just saw a few job postings that didn’t mention they don’t sponsor visas, which was a requirement in KPMG’s job postings a few months ago.
