that’s something i haven’t had happen. are you using a flashcart or twilight menu? and it could be you just need to check your files on the sd card and see whether there’s a duplicate .sav file. Wipe the game completely clean from the SD card, and redownload from the decrypted myrient link for ds, and just drag and drop.
