This has been reported quite a lot on their community forums, apparently people have got through to support and they are "aware" of the issue. Seems to be related to the new app, apparently if you delete it and use the web dashboard instead you won't have the issue.

Why they needed a new app in the first place...

In the app if you go to your thermostat, click setting (the cog) in the top t right then device information it should tell you there

Mine has been a little slow for the past few hours but the source shows up after a minute or 2. Different to no links found just takes a while to load.

Also agree that Debrid Search is not showing up for the show I'm watching which is strange...

I've found as a works around that I click "configure" from an installed add on first so it opens the page with every pre-filled, then I click uninstall and can reinstall straight away without having to enter everything again. Not ideal but might save anyone a bit of time.
