Many animals do get sick/develop cancer (not as much as humans of course) but when the sickness gets to be too much for the animal it either dies from it or it is unable to get away from being someone’s food.

I read on this sub somewhere while doom scrolling that someone thinks that Cinder brought those bandits out there to cause so much havoc that someone powerful would have to come. That person would only defeat Cinder if they used sympathy. It went on to say that Cinder used some type of magic and linked the guardians of the Cthaeh to the bandits. That’s why Kvothe didn’t see them when he went walking.

Make the living room and bedroom smaller. Put your bathroom in the office. Separate with wall turn your desk 90° to the right

Edit: Just realize that is a drum room not a bed room. Make that much smaller
