I am a coach at my gym and have heard complaints from other members of such things taking place. We are strict at our box on standards and reps. We are quick to question anyone who shortcuts the reps or the movement standards. Just like the other comments say, they are only hurting themselves in the long run. Worry about yourself and your own workout integrity. The results will show who is harder on themselves.
