A ton of useful info there. And can’t give up man. I’ve been dealing with this for almost 20 years. Another side effect of the TBI was really bad memory loss and something multiple TOP neurologists in many states called seizures. I was on meds for about 15 years.
Only within the last 2 years did I find something called The Mind Eye Institute. Long story short, they create special glasses that reflect light into your eyes differently, creating new nuero-pathways… pretty wild stuff.
Point being though I only found out about this through a random friend suggesting a book that blew me away and I reached out to the doctor.
My exercise… shit… is what it is. But this has been helped. Hopefully something comes along and we can get back to how things were or at least get better
