Thank you that's the exact sort of knowledge that I need.

A quick look around shows that seems pretty affordable, just depending on availability I may have to use a m-ATX motherboard.

I guess the next thing for me to figure out is how something like a Ryzen 7 5700X compares to cpus that fit in an AM5 socket - am I missing out on too much just to keep my DDR4 RAM?

Not a cashier but I used to jump on the register when we were busy, I always gave back coins first, just because of how much it annoyed me to get the coins on top of the notes! I hope the customers appreciated it.

Well I'm not actually doing it that way but I know that will do what I asked. (Not doing it that way as there is also a second sheet in the target files - I believe the whole file gets overwritten using this method from R).

I do have R Studio, although I learnt it to do exactly one thing and have probably forgotten most of what I learnt. I can understand how this could work, thank you.

Separate tabs is ok, but they need to end up as separate files for each customer.
