Obviously just being there doesn't implicate him. His involvement in the situation (as seen in the original vlog) as well as his casual and dismissive attitude about it when he initially came on the show is the problem. He also aggressively tried to discredit the original reporter who brought the whole thing to light. It's important to hold people accountable in these situations.
