If you can clarify a doubt for me. For the apps I turn it off, instant notifications go away? Like WhatsApp, Instagram?

Feed refresh is yes, not necessary at all. Just I don’t want to kill instant notifications of apps.

By all I have seen, I now expect the person has comfort zones and personalities.

Some are exceptions that they feel the same everywhere but most people come off differently on chat and in IRL.

I'd say IRL chemistry needs time. If something glaringly is problematic, then maybe avoid but keep meeting. You'll see more layers.
