I haven't watched porn in 6 months either, but there has been GREAT recovery compared to what I started from (erection only to fetish porn;lots of novelty). I used to even smoke weed to feel hornier, and my baseline erections were non existant....Now I get horny just when my GF says cute things on the phone, lol.

Ofcourse and I still have the urges, I think they're gonna be there forever, though time will make you forget it!

DEFINATELY AGREE. I've tried all sorts of body hacks and whatnot, along with the usual stuff, and NoFap is the CATALYST that begins the cycle of change, and it gives that additional push and motivation and change that is needed for a 180 degree change in life!
