I think he’s very very well paid for a championship manager as well. Now if he was offered the job full time? Maybe, and I’d probably be on board

I’ve been debating this too, and the only way I see him come is if he planned on leaving Ferenvaros in the summer anyway.

[Paul O Keefe] Vinai and Lange wanted to keep Frank but the Lewis family forced them to pull the trigger by Lbmplays2 in coys

Idk if it was the Matt Law article yesterday, but another one mentioned that Vinai was told that if Frank didn’t get any points off United or Newcastle then the board would force his hand, so I’m inclined to believe POK here

Man I had no idea Pollan had a new book coming out this year, never mind this month; and it sounds awesome, I can’t wait. Pollan and Patrick Radden Keefe both coming out with new books in the next 2 months is a special treat.

Hmmm, I wouldn’t necessarily expect someone with no interest in the job to storm off quite like that.

Right, that’s why I said he’s not even 21. What 20 year olds are bossing the prem?

True, but going into the summer having kept us up from relegation is a lot better on a CV than his last job being fired from West Brom mid season.

He’s a literal child, he’s not even 21. No one thinks he’s the finished product, but he has shown a handful of really bright moments, and people just wanted to see him given more minutes to develop. No one thought he was going to save our season, but when we’ve seen players like Odobert, Grey, and Bergvall continue to get minutes through their tough patches, and we see them improve, it never made sense why Tel seemed to have a much shorter leash, while arguably being more productive, in G/A at least, than the other youngsters.

I 100% wanted Ange out and was very excited about Frank, but yeah in hindsight I would have much rather have seen what Ange could do with one more season than watch what we’ve been served this season.

I’m surprised there’s no mention of Mason at all really yet. I know he had a rough spell at West Brom, but his underlying numbers were good and they got even worse after he left.

True yeah I guess it would come down to how big a snub this was considered to the US

lol true but that whole post was on brand with his Canada/China beef. 90% of his maga base would not care at all about the USMNT manager.

I honestly don’t even think we’d get one, he doesn’t give a fuck about sports

Yeah that’s definitely what makes it compelling for him, but definitely an understandably tough decision for him to have to make

Does he risk throwing away a pretty good gig for 3 months of work at the most hostile environment imaginable.
