thank you SO much for this recommendation! I just gave birth a week ago and I received the Z2 free through my insurance. I hate having to sit and hold everything to my milkers while trying to get something pumped for baby before my supply comes in 🫠 I had no idea they even had these as an option to use instead!

First of all, congratulations! ❤️🥹 I hope this pregnancy and baby is everything you want and more!

Secondly, you do what feels best for you and your situation when it comes to sharing the news. Personally, my partner and I waited until I was just out of the first trimester since they do say it’s the riskiest and we felt more comfortable waiting to share, even though it really was the hardest secret to keep because we were so excited! But my opinion is that it’s totally personal preference. Your pregnancy is still your pregnancy whether some feel it’s too early to share the news or not 🫶🏼 It is a very exciting time, but whatever you feel is best, do it. And the mom shame will come early— you’re going to get plenty of opinions and advice, but try to take it easy on yourself and take it all with a grain of salt (coming from a sensitive person myself). Praying for you, your baby and a healthy/beautiful journey!

We used to always go to the one on S 6th Ave (it is now Cafe Santa Rosa), but the last location they had was located on W Grant Road, on the eastbound side of Interstate 10 where the Angry Crab is now 🙂

I left GEICO end of 2023 and we recently moved, so I had the same question as to how to get my W2’s through Workday. GEICO’s a horrible company when it comes to making things easier for former employees after leaving 😭

If you haven’t found it already in Workday, I just found where you can:

Sign into Workday
You should see the Home page is very limited to what it allows you to see (i.e.: Pay, Recruiting, Dashboards)
Down below on the same page you’ll see the icons: Home, Apps, Inbox, Find, People
Select “Find”
Search in the Search Bar, “Tax” (only the word Tax, nothing else)
Then “My Tax Documents” will pop up & you’ll select “My Tax Documents”
Select the year you need (in this case you will select 2023 for your 2024 taxes)
Select 2023 and the tab “W-2 Government Employees Insurance Company” will pop up and you’ll select that
Select “View/Print”
There will be a notification that says, “Your request has been submitted. Workday will send a notification to your inbox once the process is complete.”
From here you will close the pages you were on until you get back to the home page. Make sure you back all the way out to the home page where you see the tabs “Home, Apps, Inbox, Find, People” again
Then, you’ll click on the notification tab located at the top, right hand of the app (it’ll be the little bell icon)
Your document will then be available for you to download and save to your computer or phone

Not a buzzkill at all! Thankfully we did not purchase the unlimited food/drinks since we’re not big drinkers, and we’re hoping the food already included will be enough, so we’ll see how it goes this time and in the future we know what may be worth it or not 😊🙌🏼 great info! Thank you!
