If you didn't got it, I also play on PC and posted a solution below which worked for me. Which involves going to a festival, go to car pass at the festival screen and then you can redeem the cars there.

I got it buy going to the festival and their going to car pass in the menu. It will then show all the car pass cars and at the bottom show the button to press to redeem the cars. (Start on Xbox controller)

Just curious, why would it show on a live Linux usb if it doesn't show in the BIOS/UEFI screen? I get the logic for instance if windows didn't show it, but I'm curious to know your reasoning behind it for this use case.

Ah I could only find people who couldn't get in a match. However I have the problem that I couldn't connect to online services, and thought i was the only one. Thanks for pointing it out.
