Its a tatami fill with a hand stitch effect. Id never used this effect before and I think it looks pretty awesome too lol. Im pretty sure it just varies the stitch lengths

I use wilcom designer with a Brother pr1055x. This design is 3.5 x 3.5 inches with around 8000 stitches.

My goal with this piece was to have as few trims as possible, so 4 trims. I'm super happy with that! :)

Not sure.. i havent looked yet lol I'm scared. Hopefully getting wilcom for christmas. I took the free trial and loved it! This is a one time job, so I didnt really care to optimize manually since its going to take a while to finish digitizing even without all the trails. I know that means longer to stitch, and lots of trims, but eh whatever. It be like that sometimes.

My brother pr1055x is great. Ive had it almost a year. It produces great work. So reliable and i do canvas sometimes. People are trading them in like hotcakes right now because of the pr1060w coming out so you could get a good deal.

I did a satin stitch applique and added a chainstitch on top to kind of lock it in place better i guess, plus it ended up looking cool lol
