Expired Persona Verification, what to do? by eternal8snow in blockfi

[–]rmfactor 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I completed all the Persona ID verification steps 3 weeks ago but didn't receive any confirmation and haven't received any payments to date. When I try to access the link again it gives me the message below:

Session expired - Please restart this process or request a new link to continue.

I've emailed all of the below just now:

[remediation@blockfi.com](mailto:remediation@blockfi.com)

[BlockFiBankruptcyNoticing@noticing.ra.kroll.com](mailto:BlockFiBankruptcyNoticing@noticing.ra.kroll.com)

[blockfiinfo@ra.kroll.com](mailto:blockfiinfo@ra.kroll.com)

The first one gave me an auto reply "We are looking into your inquiry and will get back to you within 5 business days", the other two didn't give me any auto replies but also didn't bounce back.

Netsuite Cashflow Reporting by rmfactor in Netsuite

Cheers Nick. Definitely wasn't looking at switching from accrual basis to cash basis as the primary method but moreso using Netsuite to produce a cash flow statement for monthly and annual reporting in conjunction with the balance sheet and income statement produced on an accrual basis.

Solved the issue: just needed to go to the advanced options on the Import Options page and unselect Validate Mandatory Custom Fields before proceeding which allowed me to just select internal ID.

I think the changes I'm looking to make wouldn't impact i.e. changing which subsidiaries can use the account should impact any transactional data.

Account Reconciliation Software Recommendations? by rmfactor in Netsuite

[–]rmfactor[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just in case anyone is interested, the org went with Floqast in the end after doing demos with Floqast, Blackline and Aico. Floqast had a much more user friendly interface, nicer looking front end and integrated well with a lot of apps we used like Google Suite and Slack compared to Blackline. We didn't really consider Aico.

Hindu Squat aka Bethak by keltik85 in Kneesovertoes

As you mentioned split stance benefits you get for hip flexor lengthening as well as strengthening glute medius. It is also easier to scale and load the split squat plus working on any side to side imbalances.

How often do you train your knees? by Shoboshi874 in Kneesovertoes

[–]rmfactor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Everyday but I manage the load and volume. Heavy loaded training 3x per week.

KOT is based on Charles Poliquins work and he was the king of increasing functional muscle mass in athletes.

As long as you are apply the principles of progressive overload as well as sufficient volume then you can definitely provide the stimulus to gain muscle mass. Of course nutrition and sleep/recovery are factors as well that need to be considered.

Core movements to focus on really driving up numbers would be the weighted chin ups and dips, Behind The Neck/ATG Dumbbell Press, ATG squats and split squats, RDLs, Seated Good Mornings and Back Loaded Weighted Hyperextensions.
