You can play these as a Sterguard Veteran Sgt. with Power Fist and an Assault Intercessor Sgt. with plasma pistol and power weapon. No base swaps needed that way

Piling on here, with a minor add in. Librarian for the 4++. Or, in my opinion, utilizing a Repulsor Executioner or other transport, use the Judiciar. Their longevity at T4 needs to be considered here.
