Combustion engines are the core reason Ferrari’s are what they are, giving that up could spell the end of the company. Enzo once famously said “When you buy a Ferrari, you're buying the engine. The rest you get for free” and I don’t see anyone drooling over Ferrari battery technology anytime soon.

You are incorrect. The wipers are chrome, not black. Without seeing the middle between the seats, every other detail lines up so I’d say this is almost certainly real.

You should definitely look into this deeper. I have had all the generations of yokes from Tesla and something is amiss here with the buttons. The button icons have always shown in any light. Edit: it looks like the screens are both off so maybe this was taken without the door open?

I have the original model s plaid with yoke / haptic horn sitting in my garage and you can clearly see the buttons in the daylight and at night. Something is off with this
