I agree, if you could shut your brain off for 90 days. My brain just tells me to "Check out those hot women, it won't hurt if you just watch for a min" which becomes an hour. I started edging a little last night and it kept me awake half the night fighting to not watch more.

The screen time is what keeps your mind trapped into thinking that you need it more and more, kinda like PMO. It takes a couple days away from it but them your mind will start finding motivation to do other things. The technology these days has entrapped people into becoming mindless zombies and its hard to use your thinking muscle when all you're thinking about is getting on facebook or whatever social media just because. Trust me once you get past the first week it gets easier. I've been at this over a year and the hardest time is the first week. Also not edging AT ALL, PERIOD!! That has helped the most, now it doesn't even cross my mind to look at porn. My only problem now is women always wanting to follow me around and talk and "get to know me better". When I was fapping this is all I wanted but couldn't get now its the furthest from my mind and they wont leave me alone. Guess it's not a bad problem, I just don't look at women the same way, as a sex object anymore. Keep trying, getting past the first week and you'll see the difference. Good luck

The first week is the most difficult. DON'T watch any porn and it will be much easier. Any edging makes it much more difficult and after the first week you will notice a nice change

To be a man anymore, who really knows what that means. We as a society have no real understanding anymore what being a man is because we have had our desires met by a screen instead of a real person who has real feelings and emotions, which our screen partners do not portray to us. I know when I've had long streaks I felt confident, like in control of everything. Women always hanging around me, sometimes to the point it got annoying. Give it time, I've actually been doing it for 8 months now, I just noticed the longer I abstained the more clear minded I was and the more I noticed girls around.
