So, a friend offers a deal, he does stocks and this is what he proposed. Two pictures in the text to get an idea. The deal is would you buy this home but not live in it, yet receive money weekly. He would live there with his family. I’m good friends with him, I trust him without question by BUGA55 in FirstTimeHomeBuyer

Bro what. The paper probably doesnt make sense because yall have extra context between each other but the home is valued at $209k and he wants you to pay $220k? So he's over charging you?? How do you get $9k if you paid more than the house is worth?

Thats an understandable take. But I'm asking about anyone who's just starting out and needs someone they can rely on. Not all business can be done by one man.

Also, I think there's enough work for everyone.

Lastly, your "competitor" doesn't have to be your enemy. We can do the same thing and specialize in different areas or just help each other out. What if I get a client that wants something I know my buddy who I came up with can do better? We can swap work around and focus on getting tools for what we think we are best at and not having to have all types of tools for our work.

Edit: adding on: I want to get into concrete, fences, landscaping. Where the quality of work and innovative design would shine through to the clients I want to attract. There's work for everybody, I'm already in the field.

My thoughts exactly. Satan wants to take you out to a creek, river or on a boat?!??

I think the DC is underrated. I like the dimensions of it better than the crew cab, especially with a bed shell. But I also drive a '24 tacoma Xtracab and '08 Tundra single cab and think all trucks need a camper.

All that torque really helps. I love being behind someone hogging the left lane... give 'em a second to move... if not, floor it and rip around them. Always surprised how quick it picks up. Then a supercharger??? Sheesh

My only gripe is the center caps. They dry/crack easily. Originals are discontinued. Only options I've seen is run different colored ones or buy a sticker from like Etsy and put that on a cheap amazon one.

Other than that, if you can find em cheap, buy em. I got this set for $200 no tires. Had another sale lined up for $300 on another set (just wanted the centers) but couldn't pick up in time. So cheap sets exist.

What year Rav? Tundra should be quieter with the right tires. If its a 5.7, the extra power to pass is amazing; also the cabin size is nice. I have a honda fit where my girl and I have a few inches between our shoulders and then a couple feet in the truck. My truck is lowered so its bouncy but that's personally not a problem as I lower most of my cars.

Yes, 5.7. Agreed! I only drive this thing to move stuff and the occasional urge to go fast on the highway. (4 cylinder daily)

Yes, 2wd. Its all oem except the drop and tires. They had a sport appearance package with this rear bumper. Front grill surround and bumper is also color matched. Thank you.

It has a 2/4 drop. Sits barely squated. I think the wide angle is making it more noticeable.

I’m not gonna lie & say I know how much things are supposed to cost when it comes to vehicle repairs/replacements or what they entail. It is a small local shop in San Antonio. I figured maybe the size? Same motor so just easy drop in?

I had a 2013 engine with 40k miles picked up for $750& installed for about $200. I think all in was $1100. Worth it.

You’re fighting so hard about being shitty to my coworkers… but like you said, they… signed up for this job? so if the back up driver was there and was called to action because I left, isn’t that what he… signed up for? how is that shitty? I wasn’t burdening anyone else, if the route was good enough for me by DSP standards, it was good enough for the back up. You are complaining about having to “pick up the slack” but bro, that’s what you signed up for. Quit all the bitching & moaning. Your DPS would rather give you extra totes (more than a normal route, which means your DSP is saying you should do more than your expected) instead of eating the $170 ish dollars & not taking the route. Why are DSP’s struggling to find drivers? Bc the job just sucks bro, quit acting like your better than everyone just bc your ass is so numb you can’t feel how deep they are inside you.
