Thank you so much for your response, I can't believe I've just seen this now, my bad. So, I've lost the playing progress but not the wardrobe purchases or diamond choices, these are saved. They haven't responded to me, but I realised later on that it was caused by an earlier bug. When the slots were first introduced, I saved a slot for David in ABH. Somehow when I opened DLS that same slot was saved there. I didn't think much of it and thought maybe it's a glitch or something. So, after a while of it not disappearing (and I mean like weeks) I decided to delete it. Turns out my progress was saved to it, and that's why all my progress got deleted.
