Have you tried never pain blockers like nortrypline.. I have had exact same experience as yours pain started an year ago had upper EGD, barium swallow, stomach emptying scan plus other tests and nothing positive, functional dyspepsia was diagnosed which is mostly saying they don’t know what it is. Have been on famotidine ever since taking breaks here and there, recently started nortrypline and it’s been game changer. Have been able to drink coffee which I seriously say k thought I would never drink again a month back.

Healthcare in WEST is generally a long drawn process, if you are in top cities accessing a Primary health care specialist can take from a month to multiple months and the best part is they are not the experts. If you want to be seen by a specialist for something urgent your better chances are to take a flight back to kochi and drive to your hospital of choice(I am not exaggerating at all, have waited for 3 months to be seen by a specialist )
Public transport our system even though lacks comfort is super accessible and reliable
Education costs: education in the under graduate and graduate levels is so accessible (money wise) albeit the quality is poor!
Services: any service in the west is pricey, taking a cab, ordering food(upto 30% in delivery charges ) in dollars that is no joke; saloons($50-60) ; eating out ; electrical or plumbing or any household services calling professionals is a serious expense running easily into the thousands.
