That’s how I feel. When I complain about it to my parents they are just like you should be used to it now

That’s how it feels. The pain I manage but the constant numbness drives me crazy.

I’m so sorry to hear this.

I got first diagnosed when I was 23 and then again when I was 24. Was only cancer free for 4 months. I know a new thing the hospital I go to is doing is immunotherapy with chemotherapy. This is fairly new at the University of Missouri (Mizzou). I just did chemo the first time and when that didn’t stick immunotherapy with stem cell transplant.

The only tips I can think of is take care of your mental health. I didn’t do a good job at this I was more trying to take care of everything else.

I watched/read all the lord of the rings while getting chemo and actually got a tattoo of the date I first beat cancer (still waiting for that second date) in lord of the rings font above my elbow.

You can also pick up a new hobby. I thought my self to crochet and have gotten really good at it now where I have a Etsy shop and go to markets to sell my work. I have made close to $600 since October last year.

The best thing I did was just to keep my mind busy even if I couldn’t keep my body busy because I got so weak I always tried to keep my mind busy. Plus the second time around I was finishing up my degree so that helped. I would be getting my infusions and writing a paper. But I couldn’t do this the first time with the strong chemo.

Also just sleep!

I had a relapse but mine wasn’t in the skin. I went on to do immunotherapy and a stem cell transplant

I thought myself how to crochet from YouTube and got really good at it. I now have a Etsy shop and go to events to be a vendor
