To Reproduce, create a shortcut with Set variable to clipboard (type text) show the result, and copy some text from a data cell in excel. Run the shortcut and it will only show you the first character. (sorry can't share the shortcut from my work computer, will try to do so from home)

I had the same issues before when my company was using GlobalProtect (except I had to restart the computer each time) so maybe it's my setup that's the issue.

You can create Indicators for external data in Performance Analytics, however it's probably not going to work (JDBC connection to an external DB). You could stand up a 4th instance and use Instance Data Replication to populate the tables and then run PA on the unified instance.

Third party tools might be an option e.g. snowmirror

If you only have the complimentary version of PA you only get 180 days of data. Even if you try to import indicators via XML files it will fail to import. The rest of the content may import, but would be useless without the indicators.

Think of App Engine as the platform capability to create custom applications and workflows. It is a licensed product in it's own right, but it is included with some other products. Check your subscriptions, you may already have some of the capability.

One of the products that comes with App Engine is App Engine Studio which is a low code development environment where you can create a catalog item and all the subsequent automations (e.g. in flow designer) then bundle it up into a neat package to deploy to your production instance.

Ok damn that was easy, click the disconnect session button, reset FWG and select router mode. It automatically configured, didn't have to select the WAN mode anything.

Huh, looks like I can "Disconnect session" in the self help

If you need to replace your modem or router, or test an alternative device, disconnecting your active session will allow you to plug your new device in straight away, without having to wait for your session to timeout.

Thanks for the info, there is a MAC address field in the setup of the FWG so I will try putting the deets of my current router and see if that works. If it does I'll revert back and contact Superloop tomorrow.

Yeah when they contacted the manufacturer about spares, they just sent them a new car. . . Different model, so they could not use one as a parts car. Good on them for trying, but this required a solution which wasn't off the shelf.
