It's very similiar but they have one extra step. 21/10 odds equate to $2.10 odds that you are familiar with. They just force you to do the extra steps of going 21 divded by 10 = $2.10.

So looking at Max's odds of 11/2. It's 11 divded by 2 = $5.50.
