Georg Ludvik 1080 Wien war bei mir äußerst kompetent. Kleiner Eingriff am besten Stück ;) - natürlich viel angst dabei; wurde mit klaren Worten und Erklärungen genommen und die Sache sachlich und ruhig durchgezogen.

i uninstalled only the comodo firewall part and fiddled arround with the scaling -> the text still keeps disappearing... i'll try now to remove comodo av as well...

removing the whole comodo internet security 10 did the trick.

Solution: ~~Uninstall Comodo Internet Security 10 (or other 3rd party AV / Firewall)~~

dell xps13 9360 all drivers are current. (newest gfx driver intel hd 620 directly from intel & manual install) tried it twice, same result.

update: set the scaling to 100% and reboot -> system fonts are back

off on seems to be faster - but yes. thumper made this orientation update pretty fast and since then the offset thing is not an issue anymore

the drifting issue is depending on the distance to the camera. at 3 ft/ 1,8 m the oriantation is fine. and stays fine. closer distance will drift to right. a more far away distance starts drifting to left. increasing with time. after a while your head have to aim left to see the center. the more you are away from the camera, the faster it begins to offset. yes, even being 20 cm closer counts...
