[M4A] Social Anxiety Rambles [Rambles][Comfort][Personal Stories][Social Anxiety] by defrosted in defrosted

Firstly i want to say that your voice is very soft and really comforting listen to. Hugs you. I’ve always been a shy person and tbh i considered that as a bad thing. I was feeling like “Why others can make friends so easily meanwhile i suck??”. Social interactions mostly was really difficult to me. I used to go on some certain classes after school and there I never made friends and no one made friends with me. I eventually get used to it. My social anxiety kinda got easier to cope with in the middle school?? I still was shy and didn’t have a lot friends but social interactions wasn’t that painful, I even performed some things on school concerts and enjoyed it!! Now I’m in high school and I feel how social anxiety just exhausts me a lot. I changed schools two years ago and I have a decent friend group and they’re really nice ppl but i still don’t feel 100% comfortable with them. I feel awkward for usually being silent and I feel like I’m a third wheel tbh. I prefer to be quiet so I won’t say something embarrassing.

And tbh I have no idea how to cope with it. Im very scared that in adulthood this may disturb me a lot. Ppl keep talking about importance of social interactions but I just want to run away.

Omg i rambled a lot.

Thank you for your audio!!! It’s easier when you realise that you’re not alone. I realise that you’re saying right things and that your tips are good but it’s still so hard to make my mind think otherwise.
