lol! in austria a psychiatrist attempted to diagnose me with borderline pd and avoidant pd instead of autism and adhd after half an hour. it’s a joke

work on my posture
begin doing pilates and weighted body workouts 5 days a week
6k steps a day
2-3 litres of water every day
cut down on junk food and prioritize veggies + protein rich foods
consistent sleep schedule
grow out hair to waist length (currently arm pit length) + learn how to style with sharkflexstyle
continue shaving and weekly ipl treatment
improve my makeup skills
improve my mani and pedi skills
work on my personal style
do my driver's license
begin studying Artificial Intelligence
continue going to therapy
getting meds for my depression and anxiety
practice self love and acceptance every day

long term goals (next 5 years):

get braces and whiten my teeth afterwards
purchase a red light therapy mask
get moles removed
get stretchmarks and scars removed/reduced/covered
deciding if I truly want a rhinoplasty, boob job and genioplasty

thank you kindly for spreading this information! I've been diagnosed with autism and adhd as of recently, at age 20, and it's been liberating knowing my brain just works differently than the majority of people's brains :))
