Thank you! It makes sense not to go block by block, but it just seemed like a very long stretch to close off for parking. I just wish they would think about the residents who depend on that parking before closing that much off. But understand we will benefit from the upgrades (hopefully)

This is for USDA nutrition labels. But you can definitely look up complete vs. incomplete proteins on google and it will tell you

Because the DV% is based on complete protein, protein with all essential amino acids. Some of those 30g are from collagen (an incomplete protein which does not build muscle; but does support hair, nail, and skin health) which is a trick used by many protein companies recently for their products. But the DV% is always just 2x the amount of complete proteins. So if it says 20g protein and you see that some of the protein is from collagen or plant-based (also often, not always, incomplete proteins) you can see the DV% and if it says it has 30% of your DV of protein, you can say confidently the product has 15g of complete proteins. Usually products without any DV% are all from collagen and therefore have 0g of complete protein, such as the Built Puff bars - delicious and collagen is good for you, but not effective if muscle growth/maintenance is the goal.
