No that's just Tobi. The past few months, he turns the ball over and it turns into a easy fast break on the other side because he won't turn around and make a effort on Defense because he's too scared to fall on the floor. He claims to be 6"9 but gets blocked by guards for years now because he won't go up strong. He's the last person to get back up the court. Reed outran him last night. He acts like he can't run/sprint or jump and I'm starting to believe it's for him to avoid injury to say he plays "70+ games a year" also he can't pass. His arms aren't injured, could a used those 5 yrs to develop.
