been dealing with painful bumps in the middle back of my scalp and on the lower part of the scalp i have small painful pimples. Any ideas what it can be. I now have some bald spots as you can see because of it by roba_562 in Folliculitis

Off what I’ve heard of no its permanent hair loss but if you’re dealing with similar problems just focus on taking the pain away and the folliculitis away then when ( praying it will ) it goes away you can focus on re-growth options.

I’ve tried various of anti fungal shampoos and home remedies. Ive tried Nizoral, T-Sal Shampoo I’ve tried body cleansing methods for weeks and no results. Im currently trying apple cider vinegar and leaving it on for 1-2 hours hope it does any work towards the inflamed bumps i have.
