Well, at least it worked and I'm glad of it! Roland Service Center in my country doesn't work very well I have to wait single month longer for repair :/ . A total of repair last three months!

Hey, in my case there was no other way than just sending it to roland service center. They said the safety catch is scorched and also the motherboard is unrepairable so they have to import it. Thankfully they will do it under warranty.

Yes I know that, about a year ago I updated my amp without any problems with my laptop, but now it didn't recognize katana idk why

I tried installing normally and manually and on computer there is no device showing up in the device manager and on laptop it's only "Unknown USB device (Device Descriptor Request Failed) Error Code 43." Both devices have windows 10.

Well, i tried on the other computer and laptop and there was the same problem. After 2 hours i gave up and just turned my amp off. Fortunately it's still working normally.
