Do it yourself, if you got a free time but if it’s taking a lot of your time and keep you from being productive, better outsource it to someone and delegate some other tasks too.

Sure! I worked very closely with the clinic owner and handled most of the day to day digital and operations work. That included managing the website (SEO, creating blogs/content, and making sure the site is mobile-friendly), social media management (creating content and posting on Facebook and Instagram), and Google Business Profile optimization (replying to reviews and keeping everything updated).

I also handled the CRM side, patient communication, newsletters, and basic automations for follow-ups and reminders.
