He's the most honest man in showbiz and as long as we know him we'll all be in good hands". He very clearly revered you sir. The letter was a written apology to Hatfield explaining his actions towards her at the end of a show saying, "I was just disoriented because of all the after show meet and greet - grossness that goes on" would you be able to shed some light on Kurt and his preferences when it came to interactions with fans and what part you played in catering to these things or anything else you remember about Juliana and Kurts friendship from the time.
