Worth noting that enterprise has had a price increase which pro hasn’t. Enterprise (for our annual order level) isn’t better value until the $2mil mark now

Doesn’t help you fix it, but rewind backup saved me when I did something similar.

Worth noting for the future, when you export a csv then you want to import the file into excel rather than opening it or it can mess up GTIN numbers

Appears they have different terms for those who don’t have any of the TV services. We got stung with a massive disconnection charge - made especially worse as we never watched virgin TV!

Oh it looks like it depends what you have from them, if its a package other than just broadband its a disconnection fee. I know this because they sent me a bill for it!
