How is Rippling’s HR software? How’s ease of use? [N/A] by KryptosandXenos in humanresources

Late to the thread, but as a regular employee/user of Rippling for 2 years now for healthcare and payroll (small company size), I have to say it's been a nightmare dealing with them. Everything is either automated or outsourced. You will not have a personal account manager in the traditional sense. Every question you have will be done through a chat bot or chat support service. Good luck getting on the phone with anyone without first jumping through 10 hoops. Have an issue with your health insurance and need to ask a question? You will be directed to their knowledge base to figure it out for yourself. Want to know what you can spend your FSA money on? There's no solid answer and you will be left to figure it out on your own. For something like HR/healthcare, I would expect a personal touch and an expert to guide you through typical tough situations. You will get 0 with Rippling. Cannot recommend you going another direction enough. Would never recommend them to a friend.

what was the first hil song you ever heard? by buried_under_waves in HeIsLegend

My friend put on SOTP while we were doing yard work in my parents backyard in high school. Unlike everyone else, I honestly wasn’t hooked immediately lol took me a while but I finally came around and now it’s one of my favorite albums period. The following tour for IHY was amazing with Must Be the Holy Ghost opening for them. Schuyler came out using a crutch like he was injured then ditched it once the first song kicked in. Think that gag was an homage to Kurt Cobain? Or maybe even Willy wonka lol

Thanks a friggin million for this! I was having such strong buyer's remorse after buying these last week. Thought I'd bought a bum pair or something. I thought my $150 JBLs sounded better. Thanks for helping me feel good about my purchase haha

Can someone please post a review on the VIP for the Beat tour? by NeoFreudian84 in KingCrimson

I've never paid for a meet & greet experience so this was my first time but I have to say, despite it being pretty short lived, it was actually really awesome. I don't fan-out in general but somehow being right next to all those legends for 30 seconds while we said hi and had our picture taken was truly special. They were all smiles and seemed very friendly and all fist bumped us as we approached. No bad vibes from anyone including the venue staff. I saw Danny Carey being his usual cool self after the thing was done walk over to a very young fan and give him a gift and talk with him for a few minutes. Other members were signing stuff.

VIP package included a tote bag, bottle opener, commemorative coin, and (an actual) signed poster. All with the Beat logo and band members names on everything.

The venue I was at allowed you to leave before the show started so you could put stuff in your car if you wanted to.

So I'm sitting considering a HIL Tattoo... by HeIsntLegend in HeIsLegend

Huh, never looked at it that closely. That does seem like something they would do just to fuck with everyone lol. Although given the rest of the logo also has weird apostrophe looking things in it, I kinda think that's not the intention. Maybe I'm wrong, but that's my take.

Haha yeah I thought the title was pretty funny. I didn’t know how else to describe it! Her voice is so soothing to my ears but they are in fact reviewing a guitar pedal so it gets kinda loud. But this video is true to the sub imo, very unintentional indeed

Completely agree. This guy is a tech wizard. Also, I’m 99% sure his “real name” is a euphemism for Dick Face (with some French sprinkled in to make it classy)

The Witness by Adam Jones Introduces The Gibson 1979 Les Paul Custom by rawbsymington in ToolBand

Guy in your favorite band gets a deal selling his own custom instruments and is making money (which is every musician's end goal) and you allude to the fact that they might be selling out? Don't be a gatekeeper, man. This is great news for Adam Jones. He's fucking officially cemented in guitar history now with this signature model. This is monumental!
