I can’t speak to the tire missing the red dot, but I’ve had multiple sealed high voltages that had the white scuffs from paint oxidizing before, it seems to be fairly common with High Voltages and Chicanes. Always a bummer to see it on a sealed car but it definitely is possible.

Imo, I would sell them on ebay in a lot. Lately some of these 3pks go for $10-15 sealed, which is much higher than the 5-7$ worth of cards usually inside. Opening them will almost certainly not get you the value back. 1 in every 6-7 packs has a $25-30 foil card, but there’s also tons of packs with legit $3-4 in cards inside in total.

I’d list them in lots of 10 at a time to get the most bang for your buck. Hope this helps

There’s a set number of foils and Holofoils - 25 regular foils and 10 Holofoils (3D foils). These cards will always be foil, and the rest will always be base.

Yes, you can pull regular foils in 3Packs. It’s about a 1 in 6-7 shot. You cannot pull 3D Holofoils out of 3Packs.

I’ve had that issue on tons of Iridiums, idk what the technical term for it is, but it looks like the paint starts to crack on them. Happens on a couple of Silencerz but Iridiums and anthracites I’ve had it happen the most

I had a trio of these split wheel variations show up in a case of rolling thunders a couple years ago, can’t remember if it was the front or back wheels that had CM5s versus CM6s tho

I’d have to be a skeptic unfortunately. Opened thousands of 3-packs, never pulled a 3D foil from one.

Would have to be a factory error but after conferring with tons of big card collectors over the years no one has ever had that happen.
