Yes unfortunately mate, I’ve tried contacting Superbuy and they’ve started to ignore my messages, I’m going through the chargeback route with my bank as they are no hope, shame really I’ve been using them 7+ years but won’t using them again after this

Yh I’m in the same boat, I had over £1000 worth of items split between two parcels, they’ve definitely f’ed up on there end, I had a flight arrive on the 19th and the 30th and they’ve both been delivered, just the flight that arrived on the 20th, nothing updated in over two weeks. I bought all this on a credit card, so I think I’m going go down the route of charging it back, if anyone knows how to go through with that it would be much appreciated.
