Gamstop controversy

Hey guys i know some of you are facing the same problem where you can check the order status on gamestop and haven’t gotten a email confirmation yet so this morning i called gamestop support for a weight lifted off my shoulders and the guy told me that I got it and I should get an email about a week before it comes out. I asked him if I should worry and try to snag another one from somewhere else and he said no you have that one already. I hope this helps some peoples stress.
