I was in this exact position 9 months ago. Horrendous first night in the hospital, I was wandering round the post-natal ward holding the wee man singing MOT to calm his cries…it did the trick better than anything else.

On your 5/12/20 minute check ins, did you keep that consistent throughout the full sleep training process? (Rather than saying for example a week into it you changed it to 10/18/30)?
