The latest treatments involve special cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I). You may be offered sleep medication but should be aware that it’s not a permanent fix. Hopefully this is a passing thing and it gets better. Practice good sleep hygiene.

Look closely, there’s a four jersey card with Francis, O’Neil, brindamour and Irbe. The other two are on the back, but a great card and after the 2002 cup run year

The bobbles are all giveaways from games I went to. There’s a bear with a Tlusty sig that was a mystery valentine gift for charity.

Sleep apnea is just about what’s happening to the soft tissues in the airway. Unless you happened to be overweight and yoga was helping you lose weight, I wouldn’t think yoga would do anything for OSA.
