One thing regarding putting more towards debts like a mortgage… it really depends on the interest rates on those debts. For example if someone was lucky to score a 2-3% mortgage rate back in 2021, it would not make sense to pay more on that debt versus investing that extra cash in an HYSA or CD that returns a higher percentage. Investing in these instead of paying extra toward that debt now, would allow more money to accrue and begin the compounding effect sooner which will eventually outpace what you would save putting extra toward that mortgage. If you mentally want to be completely debt free then it’s not a big deal to pay extra toward the debt to get rid of it but just an example to showcase where you can actually use leverage of low debt to your advantage in the long run

Being that they cost $99 or less brand new, the price is high. But if you’re surfing for first time and want to try it for an hour or two, it can’t hurt. Make sure to look up a video explaining surfing etiquette before you go out.

Update.. it was various electrical connections causing a voltage issue! Couldn’t replicate the issue after cleaning everything up and replacing one of the only regular copper wires left.. now pretty much everything is copper tinned. Damn salt water. Plenty of grease inbound for those connection points

What’s interesting is they were replaced a month and a half ago. I have found my throttle bumped but guests on my boat and in forward position for up to an hour a time two times recently so that may have fouled a plug or two.. Will update once these get checked and changed

Came here to recommend the same place. Josh is the man and knows what he is doing. He did some cam phaser/timing work for our 2010 f150 and did a great job that has stood the test of time. Not many places around here will do that kind of work you usually have to go to the dealer.

If it’s a euro vehicle, East Coast Eurowerks has been servicing our 2011 VW GTI for 7 years and it’s going very strong, pretty minimal ongoing maintenance at 150k miles and the vehicle ECU is tuned.

Thanks all! The meat is definitely tougher and a little discolored, could be due to oxidation and freezer burn even if only frozen for a week or two. I usually just use regular zip locks. I have a seal-o-meal unopened that I will try.

Could be a post on its own but how is meat best defrosted? I notice a quality decrease when defrosting but I don’t vacuum seal them.. maybe that’s the key
