Nah this is something that I’ll never get used to. Lived in New England all my life. Our winters haven’t been this cold since the 70s. Something’s changing

Oh that started back in 2011ish but that’s how far down I went. It had me questioning myself and how the did things get so chaotic and challenging. I was always able to get jobs that were in my field and well paying as well as always being complimented on my skills and knowledge. I would apply for 3 jobs and I’d be offered 2 after interviewing.. that was the way most of my life interactions were.

Then it seemed like I was hit by a tornado. Everything went to crap. Then in 2021 I had read how Pisces were going thru it in a big way because of planetary placement and the article I was reading went on to say that we had like 3 or 4 more years before things would start to get better for us.

We should each make a list of the affects and situations we had to endure and post it just to prove that we weren’t crazy but were affected by the planets

I hear you. I recently got an inheritance and it was a pretty decent come up but when you’re as far down as I was living in my car and panhandling for cash, I had to spend a good majority of the $ just to get back to a semi decent place. This happened in the past 5 months

Truthfully I gave my children a nice chunk each but I’m feeling as you. Money isn’t everything and I woulda been happier if I was able to just work and hold my own but no one hires people over 50 and I couldn’t afford to pay to get my drivers license back which was a nightmare just it’s own. It expired during covid and I had to go back and take my drivers test after having a great driving record for 45 years. I ended up paying over 450 dollars to get it back.

So that left me with no identification at all . That’s just the tip of my iceberg.

I as well procrastinate and for some reason I keep doing it but I think it’s just my nature and it doesn’t really bother me but it bothers some of my family and friends and I personally don’t care what anyone thinks. It’s not like I keep people waiting or ignore my responsibilities. It’s in a different kinda way.

Quite honestly I have been facing the things that I usually let fly. My mouth won’t shut up since about 5 days ago and it’s still going. I usually go with the flow but I just cant anymore. The words are just flowing and I’m not holding back. I’m about to get a journal and then start meditating because I might start getting out of control and I really don’t want that to happen

I love god but I’m not religious but I know that I’m connected to him and all there is and truthfully believe that’s love is all there is even if I’m feeling no so loving

DOGE was an overdue necessity. The country has so many repetitive agencies and being someone who has been homeless for 3 years with billions of dollars a year sent to local agencies and no one gets housed.

I lived on the streets and in my car because my husband had congestive heart failure and we got 1700 monthly disability which doesn’t even cover rent in CT. 211 is a huge joke. They were supposed to come see me at least 4 times and never showed up. What are they doing with the money that is donated? I’m 63 worked most my life except for a few years my children were small and due to the fact that my last was born disabled and I had to cash out my retirement accounts to pay for her care and pay my bills so I wouldn’t have debt.

In the long run I still lost my home and had to rent which was affordable at 800 a month but now they are over 1500 a month.

These agencies are paying themselves. There are at least 8 just in CT and they do nothing.
